She was patient, kind and supportive, and and truly cared about helping me secure my property, even during the most stressful period when rates were rising daily. She worked very hard to secure lower rates for me when the market shifted and kept the whole transaction moving to ensure everything progressed smoothly. Sharon was incredibly helpful throughout my mortgage application. As a first time buyer, I found the process of buying a house quite daunting, but she kept me informed at every stage, answered my questions, and pointed me in the right direction whenever something fell outside her remit. I had my first property purchase fall through due to conveyancing issues, and Sharon supported me throughout. Despite having to redo my mortgage application because of the failed property purchase, she never made me feel like a burden and was amazing.
